Q: Where did you grow up, and where do you live now?
A: I grew up in the same town I have lived my whole life, in Gernika (Basque Country, Spain).

Q: What have you studied, and what are you doing now?
A: I am studying at the BAU Fashion Design University in Barcelona.

Q: Links to your style networks?
A: katandstyle.blogspot.com.es/

Q: How would you describe your personal style in 3-5 words?
A:Simple, easy, minimal and versatile.

Q: Where do you shop? Luxury or high street? New or vintage? Boutiques? Online?
A:I usually shop in places like Zara, H&M, Mango... although I have a ocuple of designer things, which I have bought online, I usually shop in the shops, instead of online.

Q: If you had $300 for a shopping spree, how many items would you buy?
A:I would buy a single thing (pair of shoes, a bag, or an acn sweater); otherwise, I would buy lots of cheaper stuff that are known as "must haves" such as moto jackets, moto jeans, ripped jeans, leather jeans, T-Shirts, etc.

Q: Do you prefer street style fashion or runway fashion?
A: I feel more inspired by the street style fashion of the models and bloggers, but sometimes the runway fashion catches my eye too.

Q: What do you splurge on? Skimp on?
A: I have only splurge on a designer bag (the Mulberry Alexa), but otherwise when it comes to cheaper things I usually splurge on good jackets from Zara.

Q: When and how did you become interested in fashion, and where do you find your inspiration?
A: I have always been interested in fashion, but I recently- three or four years ago- thought thtas fashion was seriously an important part of my life. I usually find my inpiration in other bloggers, celebrities and models.

Q: Who are your favorite style icon(s)?
A: My favorite style icons would be Florencia from Flo Loves Clothes, Eleanor Calder from The Trend Pear, The Blonde Salad, Something Navy, Miranda Kerr, Chrissy Teigen and Sincerely Jules.

Q: What are your favorite fashion blogs? Magazines?
A: I really love Elle and Vogue, those are the ones I read the most. When it comes to blogs, as I said before, I love Flo Loves Clothes, Sincerely Jules, the Trend Pear, The Blonde Salad and Something Navy.

Q: What do you love about fashion? Not love?
A: I love how people can express themselves using fashion, or how they show you to style things in different ways so that its more comfortable to you to wear them. I am not a big fan of the fact that there is a lot of pressure to fit into really small sizes when it comes to women, or how much criticism can someone get just because their personal style is really unique.

Q: Your favorite designers & brands?
A: My favourite designers are, wihtout a doubt, Alexander Wang, Stella McCartney, Givenchy, Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga and Isabel marant. When it comes to brands, I love Rag & bone and Longchamp.

Q: Do you follow fashion trends? Which ones?
A: Yes I do. I follow the ones that I think suit me the most and will last long, such as green parkas, leather jeans, ripped jeans, oversized sweaters, brogues and ankle boots.

Q: Do you have any fashion rules when putting an outfit together?
A: I think it all depends on the outfit: if Im wearing ripped skinny jeans, a dress on top is a NO NO, or if Im wearing a strong color- lets say red-, I never wear any other color that is not black, denim, grey or White. I play a lot with monochromes, as I dont like to wear very colorful stuff.

Q: Which would you be best at? Worst at? (Stylist, Designer, Photographer, Buyer)
A: I think im the best as a stylist and designer, as I think Im pretty creative when it comes to fashion. On the other hand, Im a terrible buyer most of the time- if I go to buy somehting that I have wanted for a really long time, I end up buying more tan necessary. i always end up like "Alright, this is really cute, but was it necessary to buy it too?". Also, Im learning to be a photographer (which will be pretty helpful for my blog), so I cant say anything about that yet.

Q: What is your dream job?
A: My dream job is to be a stylist, I really love choosing different outfits for others. Although being a designer would be really cool, its is riskier and right now I think I should better choose something that I like and will give me a more certain future.

Q: What are your other interests? How do you spend your spare time?
A: I love working out and reading, those are my favourite hobbies. I also want to start cooking for when I move houses to go to uni. But for now, my favourite things to do are mostly making polyvroe sets, Reading, working out.. and of course watching movies!
