A: I grew up in Oslo and I will soon be living in London. I'm so excited about it!
Q: What have you studied, and what are you doing now?
A: I am going to study journalism now, so that is what I'm doing.
Q: Links to your style networks?
A: Currently it is my fashion tumblr www.f4ssion-4ddict.tumblr.com , but I'm thinking of starting a blog as well.
Q: How would you describe your personal style in 3-5 words?
A: I'm never able to define my style. I guess what I will say is: comfortable with neutral colors and minimal accessories.
Q: Where do you shop? Luxury or high street? New or vintage? Boutiques? Online?
A: Mostly I shop high street clothing, which is what I can afford at the moment. #studentlife
Q: If you had $300 for a shopping spree, how many items would you buy?
A: Either 1 expensive statement piece or 5-6 items that I could easily style with the rest of my clothes
Q: Do you prefer street style fashion or runway fashion?
A: I prefer street style fashion for my own wardrobe, but I love watching pictures of runway fashion
Q: What do you splurge on? Skimp on?
A: I splurge on clothes in general. Not so big on shoes and accessories. I guess I skimp on shoes. The quality is not so important to me as I grow tired of many of them quite easily.
Q: When and how did you become interested in fashion, and where do you find your inspiration?
A: I've been interested in clothes since I started about seventh grade. My real interest for fashion though (I did not have a great style) came around ninth or tenth grade. God, where do I begin? I find inspiration everywhere on the internet from tumblr to pinterest to just pictures of celebrities. I find it in fashion magazines, when I'm traveling, people around me, in movies and series and in books and music. Everywhere basically!
Q: Who are your favorite style icon(s)?
A: I guess it changes a bit. At the moment it is Kylie and Kendall Jenner. Oh, and Eleanor Calder! Besides them, I've always liked Blake Lively's style, Amber Heard's and the Olsen twins' of course.
Q: What are your favorite fashion blogs? Magazines?
A: My favorite fashion blogs are Fashion Toast, LEHAPPY, the Trend Pear and LisaPlace. Favorite magazines are Vogue, LOVE magazine and Elle.
Q: What do you love about fashion? Not love?
A: I love everything about fashion! Especially the feeling of happiness at anything fashion-related. (I guess what I don't love is the ugly truths hiding behind fashion - like underpaid fabric workers, child labour and how animals are treated.)
Q: Your favorite designers & brands?
A: Oh, there are so many designers I like! I guess Alexander McQueen (was) is my favorite if I have to choose one, or maybe Elie Saab. Such gorgeous dresses! When it comes to brands I really like Ralph Lauren, All Saints, Zara, Mango and Bershka!
Q: Do you follow fashion trends? Which ones?
A: I only follow trends if they appeal to me and the clothes I have in my wardrobe. I don't usually buy something just because it is a trend at that moment.
Q: Do you have any fashion rules when putting an outfit together?
A: Don't match colors that don't go together. For example when it comes to jewelry I don't match gold and silver. And, this is not a fashion rule, but a rule nonetheless; don't overthink your outfit because then it usually gets overdone.
Q: Which would you be best at? Worst at? (Stylist, Designer, Photographer, Buyer)
A: It depends, I think. Probably would be best as a Stylist. If it was just drawing, I could be a good designer as well, but I can't sow. I'm not sure what I would be worst at. I enjoy doing creative things, so maybe being a Buyer is what I would do worst.
Q: What is your dream job?
A: It used to be fashion designer. Now I've moved on from that and want to become a fashion journalist.
Q: What are your other interests? How do you spend your spare time?
A: I love writing, drawing, listening to music, traveling, everything that is inspirational and/or artistic.
