I was born in Dubai and grew up in a hill-station in North-West India. Now I hot-desk between my fashion degree in Wolves and 'research' in Cardiff and the beaches of South Wales and holidaying in Asia and Europe.
Q: What have you studied, and what are you doing now?
Languages, textiles, lifestyles, hospitality, now I'm combining everything and formalizing it through my degree in fashion.
Q: How would you describe your personal style in 3-5 words?
Feminine, sassy, unique and classy
Q: Where do you shop? Luxury or high street? New or vintage? Boutiques? Online?
I love shopping in small vintage stores to find something different to others. Some pieces from Portobello Road now and then. I try to get a piece of Vivienne Westwood or Erdem once in a while for gorgeous outerwear and dresses.
Q: If you had $300 for a shopping spree, how many items would you buy?
Just a few collectibles like the Fendi peek-a-boo, Gucci loafers, YSL crossbody, and lots and lots of clothes from Prada, Mui Mui and evening wear from Valentino and shoes from Louboutin. As I love travelling I wouldn't shy on getting the Gucci Luggage collection. Oh if I've only had $300 then it would just be the one item unless I plan on bringing my husband with me.
Q: Do you prefer street style fashion or runway fashion?
I do prefer the runway as you get to see art and I love collectibles. But I also love how the street wear is combined almost flawlessly to be trendy and innovative. The impact that street style has on the industry is undeniable.
Q: What do you splurge on? Skimp on?
Shoes and handbags I splurge on and I skimp on? Is that even possible?
Q: What 3 items must a woman have in her wardrobe?
A pair of Louboutin pumps, Valentino suit and so rouge Mac lipstick.
