A: I am Armenian, born and raised in Germany, still living here.
Q: What have you studied, and what are you doing now?
A: I am studying political science and public law.
Q: How would you describe your personal style in 3-5 words?
A: versatile, comfortable, monochromatic, sophisticated
Q: Do you prefer street style fashion or runway fashion?
A: I love both. Actually I wear comfortable "street style" fashion pieces to school and in my everyday life but on exclusive events I like to wear runway fashion pieces.
Q: What do you splurge on?
A: Shoes, shoes, shoes! And some good quality versatile pieces.
Q: When and how did you become interested in fashion, and where do you find your inspiration?
A: As a child I loved watching fashion shows (especially on World Fashion Channel) and organising my own ones for my parents. As I grew up I loved reading fashion magazines and nowadays I find my inspiration pretty much everywhere such as magazines, on the streets, on instagram, tumblr etc.
Q: Who are your favorite style icon(s)?
A: Olivia Palermo and Alexa Chung. I love their style to bits.
Q: What are your favorite fashion blogs? Magazines?
A: Favourite fashion blogs: thechrisellefactor.com (Chriselle Lim), songofstyle.com (Aimee Song), theblondesalad.com and lenaterlutter.com (Lena Terlutter).
Magazines: Vogue, Elle and AD Architectural Digest.
Q: What do you love about fashion?
A: I love about fashion that it is so multifaceted and you are able to express your mood and even your personality. It is like an oracle, inconclusively through someone's style but the way someone dresses, what materials and fabrics are worn and how someone deals with fashion pieces.
Q: Do you follow fashion trends? Which ones?
A: I only follow fashion trends I feel comfortable with. For example, I like off-the-shoulder shirts at the moment, but I am not a huge fan of culottes.
Q: Do you have any fashion rules when putting an outfit together?
A: Dress in a way that makes you feel confident. So in my case I don't like to wear a lot of colour, I usually stick to monochromatic, neutral outfits.
Q: What are your other interests? How do you spend your spare time?
A: I love psychology as it is incredibly interesting what's going on in other people's minds. Another interest of mine is architecture and I also love to play the piano.
