Q: Where did you grow up, and where do you live now?
A: I have lived in many different houses growing up, mostly in Belfast then out to Dollingstown (aka the middle of nowhere) then back to Belfast a few years later for university.

Q: What have you studied, and what are you doing now?
A: I'm currently studying Psychology BSc in Queen's University. I'm in final year so hoping everything works out well!

Q: Links to your style networks?
A: Although I'm more of a beauty blogger, I'm still interested in fashion which you'll see on my blog www.cosmeticscocktailscruising.com and you can also catch me on Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat @caitacrawford.

Q: How would you describe your personal style in 3-5 words?
A: Lazy, comfortable, monochrome.

Q: Where do you shop? Luxury or high street? New or vintage? Boutiques? Online?
A: Always high street! Being a student, I can't afford luxury clothes. If I could I'd definitely get them but for now H&M, Primark and River Island will do me just fine.

Q: If you had $300 for a shopping spree, how many items would you buy?
A: I'd probably buy a few basics - simple vests, tights, socks - all the boring stuff and then get myself some really nice black boots because you can rock black boots with anything, then probably a new leather jacket because my current one has been worn to absolute death and I'd probably pick up some cute crop tops on my journey too.

Q: Do you prefer street style fashion or runway fashion?
A: Street style fashion 100%. Does anyone really wear runway fashion? I've never been one to really follow runway trends or anything like that but it always seems so over the top and just not me at all.

Q: What do you splurge on? Skimp on?
A: I'll typically splurge on coats and shoes because those are the things that you'll always be able to wear again and again and you need them to be good quality. I will pretty much skimp on everything else because, as I've said before, I'm a broke student.

Q: When and how did you become interested in fashion, and where do you find your inspiration?
A: As previously stated, I'm more of a beauty girl and makeup has been my one true love for many years now but since getting into blogging because of my love of makeup, I've come across more and more fashion bloggers and grown more of an appreciation for it.

Q: Who are your favorite style icon(s)?
A: As clich as it probably is, I'd say Marilyn Monroe has always been my biggest style icon. Look at my profile picture for goodness sake, blonde hair, a red lip and a striped top. That will always be one of my favourite looks. A more modern style icon would probably be Ashley Benson, another fellow blondie, who loves to rock a simple look with lots and lots of black! You can never wear too much black in my opinion.

Q: What are your favorite fashion blogs? Magazines?
A: Oh, Jenn Im, her wardrobe is absolute heaven and I would die to own everything in it. She was one of the first fashion bloggers I really got into to and nobody will ever replace her at the #1 for me. Second place probably goes to Shirley B. Eniang. That girl knows how to wear double denim for God's sake and double denim is a huge no no for me. She wears everything I wouldn't dare to, or more that I just wouldn't know how to. She's fabulous.

Q: What do you love about fashion? Not love?
A: Fashion trends pass way too quickly for my liking. Being broke does not allow for following trends because once you've saved up the money to buy something that everyone was rocking two weeks previous, they're now onto the next best thing. I'm very lazy when it comes to style as I'm often running in or out to lectures and when I'm not, I'm in my work uniform so it's pretty rare that I'll have the time to get all dressed up so for me, I can't afford to spend my money on new trends. I do love that some things never go out of style because it always seems to be the things I truly do love - a black denim jacket, Doc Marten boots, a striped top and high-waisted skinny jeans. If I had to wear one outfit for the rest of my life, it'd probably be that. Effortless style now and cool granny in years to come.

Q: Your favorite designers & brands?
A: I just don't do designers. Maybe if I had the money I would take an interest but I don't want to grow an interest for and fall in love with something that is so far out of my price range.

Q: Do you follow fashion trends? Which ones?
A: As I've said, trends are the one thing I hate about fashion because they're gone quicker than they came about but I'll happily stick to all my simple essentials.

Q: Do you have any fashion rules when putting an outfit together?
A: Am I going to be sitting in a lecture hall for hours? Yes? Then I'll have the leggings and the hooded top as you'll quickly learn that nobody cares what you look like in university. Am I running to the supermarket to grab milk? Ok, then I'll not waste my good new jeans going there. Am I going for dinner with my boyfriend? Yesss it's now the time to get out that new dress I got and look fabulous. Although people like to say it, every street is most definitely not a catwalk in my eyes.

Q: Which would you be best at? Worst at? (Stylist, Designer, Photographer, Buyer)
A: I'm good at hunting out a bargain and love a good market but saving is where I fall down. I'll be trying to save 60 for a pair of shoes I really want and I'll end up going and buying myself a MAC lipstick once I've got 15. When I have to choose between makeup and clothes, makeup will always win.

Q: What is your dream job?
A: I'd love a job relating to advertising, social media & marketing. I'd just love to work for a company that I'm really passionate about and use my sales and social media experience to make their company shine!

Q: What are your other interests? How do you spend your spare time?
A: Playing with makeup, eating pizza, buying makeup, eating chocolate, crying over how much money I've spent on makeup, drinking wine.. You get my drift.
