A: I'm Italian, from Sicily exactly so I spent more than half of my life in Catania for studying, and after I completed my studies in Milan doing an MBA post Degree in Fashion and Luxury Brand Management. After I moved in Parma for 1 year with my boyfriend and after in London, where I'm currently living in London since May 2013.
Q: What have you studied, and what are you doing now?
A: I'm graduated in Liceo Classico Giovanni Verga (Adrano), after I took a Degree in Law at the University of Catania, dealing with all aspects of Law (commercial, private, public, international...) and after I moved in Milan for doing a MBA in Fashion and Luxury Brand Management in Marangoni Institute.
Q: How would you describe your personal style in 3-5 words?
A: creative, beauty addicted, willing, hard-worker and extrovert.
Q: Where do you shop? Luxury or high street? New or vintage? Boutiques? Online?
A: I prefer every time go to the shops, touching the clothes, because it's for me the best experience instead of buying online, also because does shopping with friends it's a big pleasure. Anyway I prefer vintage shops in Brick Lane and vintage markets.
Q: If you had $300 for a shopping spree, how many items would you buy?
A: I don't care about quantity, but I would buy just what I really like.
Q: Do you prefer street style fashion or runway fashion?
A: I prefer street style fashion for myself, but somethimes I really like runway fashion because it's the result of thousand influences from the streets.
Q: What do you splurge on? Skimp on?
A: Buying particular white T-shirt (I really love white T-shirt with denim), and fine lingerie.
Q: When and how did you become interested in fashion, and where do you find your inspiration?
A: I'm very creative, I really love all is linked with beauty and charm. Since when I was child I started to make clothes for my barbies and to be focused in fashion. Also I worked for all my studies time in a little but elegant boutique in my city and I'm usually able to recognize and predict a lot of trends. My eye is very attentive at beauty and creative. And Fashion for me is one of the most beautiful and charming result of Creativity and Fantasy, like Art and Design.
Q: Who are your favorite style icon(s)?
A: I know are totally different icons, but I really love both: Rihanna for street style, and Keira Knightley. Both are very self confident woman and I love their style.
Q: What are your favorite fashion blogs? Magazines?
A: My favorite fashion blog is the Sartorialist and Vogue and Marie Claire my favorite Magazines.
Q: What do you love about fashion? Not love?
A: I love creativity process behind the fashion products. I don't see in fashion just a business.
Q: Your favorite designers & brands?
A: Alexander Mcqueen, Givenchy (Riccando Tisci is actually a genius), Celine, Miu Miu, Moschino.
Q: Do you follow fashion trends? Which ones?
A: I love fashion anyway I'm not a fashion addicted. I just suit what I like.
Q: Do you have any fashion rules when putting an outfit together?
A: yes, never white tights, just when I did classical dance courses!
Q: Which would you be best at? Worst at? (Stylist, Designer, Photographer, Buyer)
A: I would be better in Stylist, because I really love this field.
Q: What is your dream job?
A: My dream is working in fashion or dealing in fashion stylist in a fashion company, or discovering new designers and talents.
Q: What are your other interests? How do you spend your spare time?
A: Art, Design, Photography, Illustration and Music. I spent all my free time updating myself about those. I'm arts addicted, and I really love also painting.
