Q: Where did you grow up, and where do you live now?
A: I grew up in Perth, Australia and still live here today.
Q: What have you studied, and what are you doing now?
A: I am currently finishing year 12, studying Textiles, Visual Arts, Business, Maths and English. Next year I want to go to university and study a double major in Fashion and Business.
Q: How would you describe your personal style in 3-5 words?
A: Modern, elegant, monochrome.
Q: Where do you shop? Luxury or high street? New or vintage? Boutiques? Online?
A: I shop pretty much everywhere, I love luxury stores but I most commonly shop at small boutiques, online and shops in the city including Zara, TopShop, etc.
Q: If you had $300 for a shopping spree, how many items would you buy?
A: Probably 1 to 4. If I find a well made garment that's on sale for $300 I will definitely devote my money towards it, but on the other hand I love clothing if it has been made well and it on sale for $25, so it really depends on my mood and if I have any formal events to wear long gowns or well made dresses to.
Q: Do you prefer street style fashion or runway fashion?
A: I'm 50 50, I really don't have a preference. Both types of style and fashion always look gorgeous.
Q: When and how did you become interested in fashion, and where do you find your inspiration?
A: I became interest in fashion in year 10 when we had to complete surveys in Career Ed, every time I filled out the surveys I always had similar results leading back to fashion designer or other creative industries. From then on I've been dedicated to fashion and my lifetime goal is to become a successful and famous fashion designer. I find my inspiration from travel, the Internet and a lot of social media, analysing what people are wearing today and what celebrities wear when they're in the spotlight on the red carpet.
Q: Who are your favourite style icon(s)?
A: Victoria Beckham.
Q: What are your favourite fashion blogs? Magazines?
A: I don't really have any particular fashion blogs which I continuously reference back to, it's normally just random and unexpected finds on the Internet. For magazines I really love all the bridal and eveningwear monthly magazines.
Q: What do you love about fashion? Not love?
A: I love the fact that the fashion industry is so open and that it's possible to create anything you desire. I don't love the fact that one day you can be in the fashion industry, and the next day you could be out.
Q: Your favorite designers & brands?
A: Victoria Beckham, Valentino and Versace.
Q: Do you have any fashion rules when putting an outfit together?
A: Either have to have a patterned or bold garment of clothing on the top or bottom, unless you're wearing a two piece set which has a continuous pattern. Basically if you wear a pattern top, wear a simple bottom, or vice versa.
Q: Which would you be best at? Worst at? (Stylist, Designer, Photographer, Buyer)
A: Best: Stylist and Designer. Worst: Photographer and buyer.
Q: What is your dream job?
A: Magazine editor for a fashion or beauty based magazine and fashion designer.
Q: What are your other interests? How do you spend your spare time?
A: Equestrian based hobbies, exercising, drawing and practising makeup styles.
