Q: Where did you grow up, and where do you live now?
A: Born and raised in sunny San Diego. Moved to Israel four years ago. :)

Q: What have you studied, and what are you doing now?
A: Studied general studies for two years then moved to Israel in the middle of my studies. Right now, I'm a writer, rock climber, dancer, and work in a boutique on the side.

Q: Links to your style networks?
A: http://ra-me.tumblr.com

Q: How would you describe your personal style in 3-5 words?
A: Androgynous, colorful, minimalist, colorful, unexpected

Q: Where do you shop? Luxury or high street? New or vintage? Boutiques? Online?
A: 99.99% of the things I buy are second hand/vintage. I believe in having a soul connection with physical things. When you find something, there is only one of it...and you were meant to find it in that moment. And all the millions of things that had to happen to bring you together are mind blowing. For me, its a treasure hunt. And its totally a spiritual experience. The other .01% is from Zara. :)

Q: If you had $300 for a shopping spree, how many items would you buy?
A: My whole life I've struggled with this dilemma - do you buy more for less or buy one awesome thing? I tend to lean towards the former. But sometimes it's nice to have a few really quality things in your wardrobe. So if you dropped $300 in my lap, I'd probably head to Barney's. :)

Q: Do you prefer street style fashion or runway fashion?
A: To me, runway fashion is a nice guide, but it's not the bible. Fashion and true self expression is what you see every day on the streets. I could people watch for hours. I love seeing people's choices in the morning of how they're going to express themselves that day. It's fascinating.

Q: What do you splurge on? Skimp on?
A: I have a ring problem. And a jacket problem. Bags on the other hand....I can have the same bag for five/ten years and I'm good.

Q: When and how did you become interested in fashion, and where do you find your inspiration?
A: When I was younger, my mom would always buy my clothes and she has some great fashion sense. So I think it was quite a natural transition once I became conscious of it. I remember her taking me to second hand boutiques when I was in fourth grade...and I still wear some of those things I bought back then! I guess when you just know, you know. There is something intuitive about it. When you're true to yourself and your soul connects to something...thats not going to change.

I find so much inspiration here in Israel. There are such awesome people here who don't give a crap about what anyone thinks of what they wear....and they're not doing it to gain attention, you can really see they're just dressing to feel free and be themselves.

Q: Who are your favorite style icon(s)?
A: Charlotte Gainsbourg, Patti Smith, ELISA GOODKIND, my friends and family....especially my aunt (she's an amazing artist and her whole life and everything around her is just beautiful).

Q: What are your favorite fashion blogs? Magazines?
A: Stylelikeu

Q: Your favorite designers & brands?
A: I love anything Celine, Chloe, Rag&Bone

Q: Do you follow fashion trends? Which ones?
A: I really don't like trends....because its not classic you. You need to discover who you are...and then buy according to your eternal style. That can and should constantly evolve....but I don't think you should be sick of your wardrobe after a year.

Q: Do you have any fashion rules when putting an outfit together?
A: If I don't feel that what I'm wearing exactly expresses how I feel, I can't and won't leave the house. So my only rule is to feel 100% me.

Q: Which would you be best at? Worst at? (Stylist, Designer, Photographer, Buyer)
A: My friends always ask my to style them, but I wouldn't know where to begin...I love styling myself, because I know myself. I think people need to be more in touch with themselves and love their bodies to know what they feel best in.
But I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to be a buyer. And a photographer....one of my passions in life!

Q: What is your dream job?
A: It would definitely involve traveling the world and discover all of its many beauties. To write and create things that inspire and empower. I really just want to inspire.

Q: What are your other interests? How do you spend your spare time?
A: I love writing, dancing, and rock climbing. I also really love running. I LOVE being out in nature. Being outdoors puts me back in touch with myself.
