Q: Where did you grow up, and where do you live now?
A: I grew up, and still live in Vaughn, Ontario.

Q: What have you studied, and what are you doing now?
A: I study math, science, history, and design. I hope to go into architecture.

Q: How would you describe your personal style in 3-5 words?
A: Vintage, hipster, cute, boho, and minimalist in one.

Q: Where do you shop? Luxury or high street? New or vintage? Boutiques? Online?
A: I usually shop in local thrift stores, online, and in cute little independent boutiques downtown.

Q: If you had $300 for a shopping spree, how many items would you buy?
A: Probably three to six, depending on where I would be shopping that day, and what i really had my eye on.

Q: Do you prefer street style fashion or runway fashion?
A: I like street style fashion.

Q: What do you splurge on? Skimp on?
A: I care a lot about where the things I buy come from, how it is made, and how its produced, so I end up spending more money ensuring that its good quality and ethical. However, I have a minimalist lifestyle, so I don't really buy that much to begin with.

Q: When and how did you become interested in fashion, and where do you find your inspiration?
A: From a very young age, I've had an eye for fashion, and the people around me have often noticed it too. So when I started becoming involved in social media, it widened my knowledge of what kind of clothing I could be choosing, and helped me to shape and understand what my style is, and what it means to me.

Q: Who are your favorite style icon(s)?
A: I really love Ingrid Nilsen on youtube, and she's been a huge role model for me in a lot of ways. I was also a huge weeb for a time, and so I've come to really love asian fashion as well. Also, Christine Kobzeff has been a huge influence as well because she sparked my interest in ethical fashion, and has helped me hugely in my journey towards minimalism just like Ingrid.

Q: What do you love about fashion? Not love?
A: It gives people a way of expressing themselves that can be so empowering. Its so cool to be able to communicate with the people around you in a way that is so visual. It makes you able to say something to the world about yourself through your clothing. One of the things I don't exactly love about the fashion industry (or beauty industry for that matter), is the way a lot of big brand companies produce their products. It makes me sad that so many people just don't know about the kinds of things that fast fashion brands do to keep up with demand. Also, I really don't like how a lot of the media feeds the gender binaries, and makes people feel inadequate and ugly. Theres a lot of issues in the fashion industry, but I like a lot of things about fashion itself.

Q: Your favorite designers & brands?
A: I LOVE Zady, Naja, Levi's, and Reformation.

Q: Do you follow fashion trends? Which ones?
A: I'm really picky about the fashion trends I'll buy into, but right now I like a-line clothing, and neutral colour schemes.

Q: Do you have any fashion rules when putting an outfit together?
A: I always start with one piece and build the rest around it. Also, I never wear two pieces together the same way more than once.

Q: Which would you be best at? Worst at? (Stylist, Designer, Photographer, Buyer)
A: I'd be best at styling and photography, but I'd suck at designing.

Q: What is your dream job?
A: I really want to be an architect.

Q: What are your other interests? How do you spend your spare time?
A: I like gardening, sewing, taekwondo, reading, drawing, painting, and photography. I also really love hiking and emerging myself in nature. I live behind a forest, and I absolutely love it because the fresh air and nature fuels me.
