A: I grew up in Brooklyn and I still live in Brooklyn.
Q: What have you studied, and what are you doing now?
A: I've studied and earned a degree in Fashion Marketing, I'm now working on my B.A in Business Marketing.
Q: How would you describe your personal style in 3-5 words?
A: I would describe my personal style as eclectic, chic, and effortless.
Q: Where do you shop? Luxury or high street? New or vintage? Boutiques? Online?
A: I love to shop everywhere and anywhere! But I will say that online shopping can be VERY affordable. I also love thrift shopping, there's always a few hidden treasures.
Q: If you had $300 for a shopping spree, how many items would you buy?
A: I would buy 3 items that I absolutely love.
Q: Do you prefer street style fashion or runway fashion?
A: I love runway fashion, there's something about the art of it all; the intricacies. But living in Brooklyn, street style is an important part of me.
Q: What do you splurge on? Skimp on?
A: I splurge on clothes; in particular, dresses and jeans. I skimp on bags, mainly because the ones that I like are out of my reach (lol).
Q: When and how did you become interested in fashion, and where do you find your inspiration?
A: When I was in elementary school, I wore a pair of pink converses for two years (definitely by no choice of my own). It made me look at my clothes in a different light and I began to explore fashion, with that, I learned how to make everything look good with pink sneakers. Now I find inspiration in everyday living, New York is full of "double lookers."
Q: Who are your favorite style icon(s)?
A: I like Rihanna because she's fearless when it comes to fashion and I also really like June Ambrose because she embodies style in New York.
Q: What are your favorite fashion blogs? Magazines?
A: Two of my favorite blogs are Fashion Bomb Daily, and The Trend Spotter. Two of my favorite fashion magazines are Glamour and Harper's Bazaar.
Q: What do you love about fashion? Not love?
A: I love the creativity, art and passion in fashion; I am inspired by beauty whether it's in fashion or everyday life. What I don't love so much is the competitiveness, but I'm sure it comes with the territory (lol).
Q: Your favorite designers & brands?
A: My favorite designers are Alexander McQueen and Christian V. Siriano, I'm ALL FOR showing off. My favorite brand is Zara, it's chic and affordable for a young woman in New York.
Q: Do you follow fashion trends? Which ones?
A: Very rarely do I actually follow trends, but lately I've been into girly and glamours looks.
Q: Do you have any fashion rules when putting an outfit together?
A: I don't have any rules, but I always ask myself, "am I doing too much, or not enough?" before I leave to go anywhere.
Q: Which would you be best at? Worst at? (Stylist, Designer, Photographer, Buyer)
A: I would be best at being a Stylist and I would be worst at being a Photographer, due to my height, it would be difficult to use a step ladder and take photos (lol) :-D.
Q: What is your dream job?
A: My dream job is to be a Marketing Manager.
Q: What are your other interests? How do you spend your spare time?
A: I'm a HUGE foodie, I love eating at different restaurants and I work it all off by dancing.
