A: I grew up in Jakarta, Indonesia, and I now live in sunny Queensland in Australia
Q: What have you studied, and what are you doing now?
A: I am currently studying Fashion design and plan to spend my career in the fashion industry
Q: How would you describe your personal style in 3-5 words?
A: Changes with my mood (as vague as those words are, they probably are the most fitting)
Q: Where do you shop? Luxury or high street? New or vintage? Boutiques? Online?
A: I like to curate my closet from a range of different places. Most of my favourite pieces are vintage as I feel like vintage pieces have a story, and I also love wearing one of a kind pieces. The majority of my clothes however are new with a few luxury thrown in. My closet is really just an eclectic mix of everything
Q: If you had $300 for a shopping spree, how many items would you buy?
A: I would probably buy just one or save the money for a big luxury item.
Q: Do you prefer street style fashion or runway fashion?
A: I love both equally. I love seeing the designer's art in the way they style and create pieces but I also love street style because you really get to see individual people take a designer's art and make it their own art by how they style it.
Q: What do you splurge on? Skimp on?
A: I definitely splurge on skincare and makeup because I think taking good care of your skin is number one priority, I also like to splurge on night wear pieces like dresses, skirts/etc. and I tend to skimp on things like shoes and accessories.
Q: When and how did you become interested in fashion, and where do you find your inspiration?
A: I think my interest in fashion started by watching my mother get dressed up for her black tie events every weekend in her enormous walk in wardrobe. I was eternally drawn to the glamour and art I found in fashion. I find my inspiration practically anywhere from runways and magazines to architecture and nature.
Q: Who are your favorite style icon(s)?
A: Olivia Palermo , Caroline De Maigret, Poppy Delevigne, Leandra Medine, Mick Jagger, Brigitte Bardot, Jane Birkin.
Q: What are your favorite fashion blogs? Magazines?
A: My favourite blogs are Man Repeller and They All Hate Us, The Zoe Report, I also love British Vogue Youtube channel, Style Like U Youtube channel. As for magazines I love Russh, Shop, Elle.
Q: What do you love about fashion? Not love?
A: I love that fashion is an art form and a way of expression, whether it be designing, styling, editing or even just curating your own closet. I don't love that fashion hurts my wallet.
Q: Your favorite designers & brands?
A: I adore Proenza Schouler, Alexander Wang, Camilla, Sass and Bide, Bassike, Balenciaga.
Q: Do you follow fashion trends? Which ones?
A: My favourite fashion trends at the moment are the 60's/70's, fringe, sleepwear/loungewear trend, layering, over the knee boots, army trend, too many to write!
Q: Do you have any fashion rules when putting an outfit together?
A: I try not to have any rules because I like to push boundaries and create new and interesting outfits.
Q: Which would you be best at? Worst at? (Stylist, Designer, Photographer, Buyer)
A: I think being a stylist or a designer would suit me extremely well.
Q: What is your dream job?
A: To be a luxury designer that especially does haute couture.
Q: What are your other interests? How do you spend your spare time?
A: Fashion pretty much consumes my life, my other interests tend to stay in the same sort of area such as interior designing.
