A: I was born in a little town in the North East of England called Darlington. As a child, I moved to Cyprus for three years, due to my dad's job in the army. I loved living there, and the happiest of my childhood memories took place there! I now live back in Darlington.
Q: What have you studied, and what are you doing now?
A: I studied eight subjects at school, including art, religious studies and business studies. I now study fashion retail at Middlesbrough College.
Q: How would you describe your personal style in 3 words?
A: Quirky, Fun, Vintage.
Q: Where do you shop? Luxury or high street? New or vintage? Boutiques? Online?
A: I love to shop on the high street, rather than purchasing from designers. I feel that if I look hard enough, I will find something I really love for a fraction of the price...especially at charity shops! Shopping in store is much more fun and a lot easier than online shopping in my opinion!
Q: If you had $300 for a shopping spree, how many items would you buy?
A: I would probably buy plenty of items out of that budget, as I often go to charity shops to pick out some beautiful pieces! I would maybe have to splurge on one or two statement items though!
Q: Do you prefer street style fashion or runway fashion?
A: I love both looks! I find that I tend to look at more street style, as it is more wearable in such a small town, but runway fashion can be so quirky and different, and I love to be inspired by different designers!
Q: What do you splurge on? Skimp on?
A: I find myself splurging on statement pieces - often patterned A line skirts! I prefer to skimp on accessories and jewellery, even though I should start to wear more of it!
Q: When and how did you become interested in fashion, and where do you find your inspiration?
A: I've been interested in fashion since I was young! Over the past few years, I have decided I would eventually love to be a stylist, and since starting a fashion retail course, I find that fashion has become a large part of my life! I find my inspiration from magazines, TV, celebs and fashion shows.
Q: Who are your favorite style icon(s)?
A: A few of my favourite style icons include Alexa Chung, Victoria Beckham and Jennifer Aniston as Rachel Green! However, I find the majority of my fashion inspo from the gorgeous Pixie Lott!!
Q: Your favorite designers & brands?
A: Most of my favourite designers are contemporary and modern. These include Henry Holland, Alexander McQueen and Vivienne Westwood. My favourite brands are All Saints, Topshop and Zara. I also love to look around Primark as they often have some lovely accessories for a very low price!
Q: What is your dream job?
A: Wardrobe stylist!!
Q: What are your other interests? How do you spend your spare time?
A: I love to create my own fashion illustrations as well as update my blog! Going to gigs and hearing live music with my friends is also one of my hobbies. I love visiting the O2 academy and meeting the smaller bands and artists, as they take the time to get to know you and you can eventually build a good relationship with some of them!
