Q: Where did you grow up, and where do you live now?
A: I grew up in Riga, Latvia and moved to United Kingdom at the age of 19 to study and pursue my dreams.

Q: What have you studied, and what are you doing now?
A:I am finishing my second year of Public Relations, one more year to go yeaa!

Q: Links to your style networks?
A: Personal lifestyle and fashion blog www.theworldofanna.blogspot.com
www.lookbook.nu/theworldofannna
www.facebook.com/theworldofannna
www.Instagram.com/@theworldofannna
Q: How would you describe your personal style in 3-5 words?
A: It is actually pretty difficult to describe my own style, but it would probably be Classic, Feminine, Edgy and Brave. These words are quite opposite when it comes to one particular style, but I like to mix things up a bit, otherwise it is just boring.

Q: Where do you shop? Luxury or high street? New or vintage? Boutiques? Online?
A:99% of my shopping I do online, it's just so quick and easy! I tend to shop high street brands more, my favourite is definitely Asos.com, I have a V.I.P. subscription.

Q: If you had $300 for a shopping spree, how many items would you buy?
A:If I could find a good pair of shoes or a nice bag for this money, then I would definitely invest in one of those, but if not, then probably 5-6 items.

Q: Do you prefer street style fashion or runway fashion?
A:Street style for everyday wear and runway for inspiration and overall entertainment.

Q: What do you splurge on? Skimp on?
A:I tend to splurge on good quality shoes or a bag as well as skincare(sometimes), I normally skimp on things like makeup, I can find a lot of great drugstore pieces without spending a fortune on a product that may not even suit my skin.

Q: When and how did you become interested in fashion, and where do you find your inspiration?
A:I think I have become more interested in fashion a couple of years ago, when I moved to England and realised that you don't have to look like everyone else to fit in, as long as you like something and it looks good on you, it is in fashion. I tend to source my inspiration from magazines, fellow bloggers, youtube and simply on the streets.

Q: Who are your favorite style icon(s)?
A:I do have a lot of people who's style I like, but to mention a few, then probably SJP, Blake Lively, Kristina Bazan, Shea Marie, Mary Seng and Sonya Esman.

Q: What are your favorite fashion blogs? Magazines?
A:I love a lot of different magazines for different reasons, magazines like Vogue or InStyle are great for runway haute couture fashion, great art and photografhy and just overall education, when magazines like LOOK and Hello Monthly Fashion are more real in a way that they capture a lot of everyday pictures and outfit inspirations as well as feature a lot of very cool and affordable high street brands, which you can order online.
My favourite fashion blogs are again Kayture.com, HappilyGrey.com, PeaceLoveShea.com, SonyaEsman.com.

Q: What do you love about fashion? Not love?
A:One thing that I love about fashion is that it allows everyone to be creative, original and artistic in a way that you can experiment with your looks a lot and literally be anyone you want. I don't like the fact that a lot of people go overboard with certain trends, and layer them on top of each other all at once, it just looks tacky, boring and just too much. Sometimes less is more.

Q: Your favorite designers & brands?
A:My favourite designers are Celine, Balenciaga, Chanel and Prada. For brands I tend to like Zara a lot, Asos, Monki, River Island and TopShop.

Q: Do you follow fashion trends? Which ones?
A:I do follow some of them, I think that most of us do sometimes without even realising it, but I always make sure that this particular then actually suits my style and frame, I won't ever wear a trend just for the sake of it. At the minute I am in love with fringe, gladiators, ripped jeans and A-line skirts and duster coats.

Q: Do you have any fashion rules when putting an outfit together?
A:Well, for any rules there will be exceptions like anywhere, but some f my rules that I tend to follow are NO to sheer and nude tights, EVER! I am also not very tall (5.5), so I on't ever wear anything that is below my knee with flat shoes, it just does not look good.

Q: Which would you be best at? Worst at? (Stylist, Designer, Photographer, Buyer)
A:I think I could be pretty good at styling, I love putting together different outfits, that was the main reason why I have started my blog. I am not very good at photography, but I am trying to learn and educate myself, maybe one day I will be semi-good at it. I don't think I would be good as a designer, I just don't see myself that way.

Q: What is your dream job?
A:Well I have a lot of dreams and ambitions regarding my future and my dream job, which I don't really like to share too much, because I feel like if I am not there yet, hen it is just talking... I will say though, that my dream job definitely involves fashion and creativity.

Q: What are your other interests? How do you spend your spare time?
A:Well, as I mentioned earlier, my biggest passion is fashion, I spend a lot of time on my blog, discovering and learning about fashion, but I also love rock climbing a LOT! I am not a sporty person, but I think I have found a sport that I absolutely love, I am not good at it yet, but I am very excited to become very good at rock climbing one day, especially because I am very scared of heights, so this helps me to fight my fears a lot!
